GB/T 1232《未硫化橡胶门尼粘度的测定》、GB/T1233《橡胶胶料初期硫化特性的测定 门尼粘度计法》及ISO289、ISO667等标准的要求。 

测试报告

测试报告应包括以下内容；

A样品描述：

1样品及其来源的详细说明；

2从样品上制备试样的方法，例如：裁切或边辊；

B测试方法：

1本部分名称及编号；

2使用的测试程序；

3使用的试样类型；

C测试描述：

1测试前的调节温度和时间；

2转子尺寸（大转子或小转子）

3测试温度和相对温度，如果要求；

4预热时间（如果不是1小时）；

5测试时间；

6模腔闭合力（如果不是11-5KN）；

7使用的热稳定薄膜，包括薄膜的厚度；

8详细说明任何与本部分中规定步骤不同一处；

D测试结果：

1门尼黏度测试结果；

2如果测试试样多于一个；

  试样数量；

  单个的测试结果；

  测试结果的平均值（如果测试试样多于一个）；

E测试日期。
